It's a Match!

Kiev and Will met on the dating app Tinder. For their first date, they met for happy hour at Marvin in Northwest, Washington D.C. They had a really great time, but they both figured that it wouldn't lead to anything serious, "particularly because they both lie on opposite sides of the political spectrum, which can easily be a deal breaker in D.C." stated Kiev. They both eventually came to a realize that political views would not get in the way of their love.
Like many ladies who are anxiously waiting for their significant other to "pop the question", Kiev was really bummed when her and Will returned from a two-week vacation from northern Europe with their same relationship status. She just KNEW he was going to ask, but Will had other plans. The following weekend after they returned, with the dog in tow (they absolutely love their beautiful puppy baby), they went on a picnic at Hains Point and then later toured the various historical monuments after the sunset. Once they reached the Washington Monument, Will dropped on one knee and finally asked Kiev to marry him.
On the wedding day, Kiev jokingly said that she is looking forward to the scrumptious food by The Classic Catering People and the open bar (LOL!), but MOST IMPORTANTLY she is looking forward to marrying her best friend! They are super excited to share this day with so many of their family and close friends.
Kiev and Will are set to get married in less than a month at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Their vintage book themed wedding reception will be held at the jaw dropping, George Peabody Library. We can't wait for to share this intimate moment with the Future Mr. and Mrs. Johnston! #NotAnotherJohnston
